The match that was played this afternoon on the Central Court of the Club de Tenis Albacete will be etched in the history of the tournament because there are no words to describe how Rafael Nadal and Ferran Ventura fought for three and a half hours. The crowd enjoyed the best match of the last years, and many of them thought, the best match in all the 21 years of history of the tournament.
The match started out on serve until Ferran, after having broken Nadal�s serve at 4-4, served for the set and won it.
The second set started with Nadal in the lead at 2-0, so he only had toe hold serve to take the set 6-3.
The third set started out on serve but from 3-3 onwards every service game was broken until the tiebreak, where Ventura raced through for a 5-1 and then a 6-3 lead. At that moment Nadal made a virtue of necessity, saved four matchpoints, won the tiebreak (9-7) and the match.
The match that followed between the number one seed Feliciano L�pez and Tati Rasc�n was not historical, for in just over an hour of play the Toledan won 6-3, 6-4. One break in each set was enough for him to win the match.
Today at 5.30 pm the final will be played, and it will be a return match of the final of the Campeonato de Espa�a where Feliciano L�pez won.

El partido vivido esta tarde en la pista central del club de Tenis Albacete, quedar� grabado para la historia del torneo porque no hay calificativos para definir lo que han luchado Rafael Nadal y Ferran Ventura durante tres horas y media. El p�blico, ha disfrutado del mejor encuentro de los �ltimos a�os y para muchos el mejor en los 21 a�os de historia del torneo.
El partido comenz� igualado hasta que Ferr�n tras romper el saque de Nadal en el cuatro iguales gan� su servicio y se anot� el primer set.
El segundo comenz� con ventaja de Nadal 2/0, que le sirvi� par ir manteniendo los servicios y anot�rselo por 6/3.
El tercero comenz� equilibrado pero a partir del tres iguales todo han sido roturas de saque hasta llegar al tie-break, donde en un abrir y cerrar de ojos Ventura se ha colocado 5/1 y despues 6/3. En ese momento Nadal ha sacado fuerzas de flaqueza y ha remontado el partido salvando hasta cuatro bolas de match para ganar 9/7 el tie break y el partido.
A continuaci�n el partido entre el cabeza de serie n�1 Feliciano L�pez y Tati Rasc�n no ha tenido historia, pues en apenas una hora de juego el toledano se ha impuesto por 6/3 y 6/4. Un break en cada set la ha bastado para ganar el partido.
La final tendr� lugar hoy a las 17,30h y supondr� la revancha de la final del pasado Campeonato de Espa�a donde se impuso Feliciano L�pez.
